   What a truly fabulous 2 bed spacious apartment this is. A real Home away from home. The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything you could need. Nothing is too much for Lisa the host. She goes above and beyond. It is spotlessly clean with a lot of lovely special touches. The welcome basket was lovely with a lot of handy produce. Fresh flowers, a dish of chocolates and lots of handy condiments in the kitchen. A short easy flat walk into Newcastle Town where lovely restaurants and bars await. Villa Vinci, The Harbour Inn, Avoca and O'Hares for music. We went slightly out of town to the Maghera Inn with fantastic food. We visited the Hinch Distillery which was fabulous 40 mins away, drove the Scenic loop around the area, then went to Southern Ireland to the colourful Carlingford for fabulous seafood at The Anchor Inn and then caught the ferry back to the North.

   We stayed in July and enjoyed our time spent here. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and the complimentary goodies were a nice touch. This is on the first floor so would not be suitable for some. There’s plenty of parking space and the bedrooms to the back mean there is no road noise. There needs to be a couple of shelves in the en-suite bathroom to set personal items on. The location is good for touring the area.

   I stayed here with my wife and 2 girls aged 6 and 8. Tony was very welcoming and had a few nice complimentary treats for us to enjoy. The apartment is finished to a high standard and is very relaxing. The apartment is situated perfectly for a walk into Newcastle or to commute to local attractions. I would definitely recommend this.
