   I absolutely loved to visit the salon, the girls are extremely friendly and do a great job, only reason I am leaving a negative review is due to the fact I booked a appointment at 3.45pm for the following day at 12.30pm, however my son caught the nurovirus and has been spewing up all morning and night, I messaged the page at 8.30 am letting them know, and asked if I could just move the date along I understood it was less then 24 hours notice, but being a regular customer I thought they would understand. They wouldn’t move my slot along with my deposit but would re book an appointment using a new deposit. So essentially I have lost out on my deposit and now won’t return due to this. Bearing in mind when I booked yesterday there was a lot of available appointments im sure within them hours, and there still are today on the fresha site. So just a warning that the 24 hour rescheduling an appointment is strictly kept, so keep that in mind if you have young children.

   Staff never seem very willing to put themselves out tried several times to have my nails done on the spur-of-the-moment the moment never accommodate even tho the shop is empty

   My first visit yesterday but I will be going again as booked two more appointments. Chloe did my nails --French manicure she did an excellent job . No abrasive tools used and helpful advice given. Highly recommend this salon .+++++++ customer service
