If you're looking for an agent to rent your property I would definitely recommend Martin & Co Portsmouth. I've used them for a number of years now and they have always been excellent. It's also been nice to speak to the same person over the years James Elvin. He's always found me great tenants that I've never had a problem with and he's always been so efficient, reliable and quick. I just had to give them a review.
