   If you want to be ghosted then NEXA is for you Worst customer service. Amy is not a good agent. Everytime you ask for details she drops you an email and then dissapears. You give the details and she doesn't reply for weeks or even months so at the end you wasted your time, or also she writes bad ypur name or number so it's worst. As a company you should have more qualified people for the job of being an agent. I would never recommend NEXA if that's the way they are going to treat customer. Find someone better for the job if you don't want to lose customers.

   Blue Tewkesbury was highly recommended to us , so we have contacted him regarding selling our house. From start to finish the whole process was flawless, and its all thanks to Blue. Communication was amazing and we were always kept informed during the whole process. He is very competent, which resulted in us selling the house just after few viewings! Not to mention the extra energy and time he put in communicating with our buyers and answering all their queries and concerns. Truly and amazing effort on his part. My agent Darrell both recognised that and got me above market value on the sale. He was a fantastic help, not only with matters of property and industry knowledge beyond the average agent but with a fantastic customer rapport to the point where I feel like I made a genuine friend during the process! The advise we received and quality marketing paved the way to us achieving our top end rental valuation. (This top end figure was quoted by several local agents). Within 48 hours of going live on rightmove, we had the awkward decision of selecting a tenant! The service so far that we have recieved has surpassed our expectations.
