   Great prices, but very disappointing experience. We went to watch a movie on Sunday morning at Movie Madness for the 10:00am session, which was the first movie of the day. Unfortunately, the cinema chairs were absolutely disgusting. There was food and liquid on the seats, making them very unhygienic and unpleasant to sit on. Considering this is a time when many children attend, you would expect the cinema to be properly cleaned — or even deep cleaned — the night before or at least checked before opening. We were extremely disappointed by the level of cleanliness. The photos provided only show the chairs; the floors were in an even worse condition. On top of this, customers have to pay for parking, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating given the poor standards inside the cinema. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed as soon as possible.

   What cinema cleans down before the films start? 8:20pm, prime time. Popcorn not available as they’d decided to clean the machine down. “You can buy a bag”. Great. Ice cream kiosk closed, even though a manager looking type person was behind the desk, he could have easily scooped some for us after listening to my disappointment about the popcorn. Considering this cinema is so quiet, you would have thought they would need to make some money? The staff could raise a smile at least, as a conversation seemed too hard, (minus one cheery man who took our tickets) Unfortunately as it’s so convenient, we will be back for more torture.

   Very impressed!! I honestly did not expect it to be so good. We went to see a movie 2 days after its official release in the UK. What a treat! Paid £6.50 per person (we got tickets online as it's a bit cheaper, saving around £0.50 per person). Bargain!! Parking right outside the cinema is free after 6pm Mon-Sat, or after 4pm on Sun. Staff were friendly, snacks and drinks of all sorts are available to buy at very reasonable prices for a cinema. We were in Auditorium 5. The room was clean, modern looking, seats are very comfy and clean too (either really well kept or new). Also, lots of leg room! Rows have good elevation between them, so your view is not obstructed by those sat in front of you. Sound quality was great, picture quality too. Screen is a bit smaller than those in bigger cinemas, but this was a smaller room too and there were plenty of seats available - so no issue booking a seat in the first third. I actually did not feel I'd want it any bigger than what it is. I'm honestly so very impressed! We are definitely going to be coming here more often now!

   Cheap tickets, was sold two drinks and popcorn when I asked for two drinks and one popcorn. Person who served me continually mumbled and made it difficult to hear anything except price when we were expected to pay. Drinks machine was surrounded by stains and wrappers Seats were small, fairly uncomfortable and dirty. Screen had a strange smell I could not put a finger on. 2/5 based on price, service and cleanliness

   Nice and cheap, lovely helpful staff and well located. Only downside is cleanliness. Seats filthy and screen 2 had a similar smell to an elderly person' s rest home! Needs urgent attention as other screening rooms are not clean either. Get that right and would be 5 ⭐️

   Cold but comfortable seats and great film. Because of the high cost of heating, and not many people in the cinema in an afternoon showing, I really understand why there was no or little heat. I would go again but wear a thicker coat next time.

   Edit: Just changed from 4 star to 5 star after thought and pondering. We brought our 3 year old daughter here for the first time to watch Matilda. To be honest I was a bit sceptical about the quality of the place before we came to Reel as the price of tickets were extremely cheap and usually cheap means not good/great quality. However I was pleasantly surprised. The team were accommodating and assisted perfectly when we had an issue with our popcorn (daughter chose the salty popcorn and realised she doesn't like salty popcorn [even after I told her she wouldn't like it]) they replaced it with no questions asked and we had a joke about it. The seats are well positioned so you can see the screen effectively even for a 3 year old which was great. And the movie quality was great, loud but not too loud and the general auditorium was a relaxed atmosphere. The only thing which I would say they need to work on (but that is just me with my OCD so please feel free to ignore it) is to make sure the screen is aligned properly, it was slightly skew either side (Cinema 4), but otherwise didn't effect the viewing experience. It was just something I noticed a few times while watching. Other than that, a great viewing experience and we have decided to come back every month with our daughter to watch something (obviously needs to be kid friendly though, haha!) But seriously, thank you guys for the wonderful experience with our daughter for the first time. We all really appreciate it and the work you put in to make it magical for her!

   Our first visit today and was very surprised. All the staff were very helpful and polite. The screen and sound were excellent but the best thing was the price. We’re be going back
