   Not great compared to others off of the Island. Expensive tickets, uncomfortable seating with little room for your arms. The screen seemed dirty, lots of dark patches which were very visible over a light sky for example. Not a particularly enjoyable experience.

   First visit with my Wife for a long time, to see 50th anniversary presentation of Jaws.First saw this film when I was 14. The staff member at the food service was helpful to an old duffer (me) who was unsure of the menu. I really enjoyed the experience, I'd like to see Star Wars on the big screen again. A simple pleasure. M.A.R.

   The place in run down. Cineworld really needs to fund a renovation, you compare this cinema to those on the mainland and it's like you're changing reality by 20 years. This isn't a 2025 cinema, this is a 2005 cinema, old, basic, not a really enjoyable experience. Location wise, really good spot, very limited parking but hey, it's the isle of wight lol. The film selections and viewing times are also very limited. If you want to go, go, it's good, but don't expect anything other than the usual old basic stuff that seems to plague this island.

   Quite run down now, the cinema hasn't had a refurbish or update since I was a young child, so 15 years. The seats haven't even been changed in the rooms. This would be fine if they were well maintained, but I don't particularly think they are. I have sat at a seat with a sticky arm or popcorn littering the floor almost every time I have been, meaning the rooms are not being cleaned (at least not adequately) between viewings. For the amount it costs to watch a film at the cinema now, I would expect better.

   Getting a bit tired. Some of the screens are tatty, and it's 50/50 whether your film is properly in focus. Mentioned it to staff today (for Fantastic Four) but they didn't seem that bothered to escalate the issue.

   Easy to book online, not sure why you have to pay1.90 booking fee though. Cinema was clean and tidy. Good sound in cinema, comfortable seats as in Screen 2 deluxe

   Finding the entrance was a struggle. Finally the staff let us in after 3 attempts to find the keys. Relatively empty for being the only cinema on the island. The staff at the counter were very prompt and accommodating. Food was reasonable. Facilities looked tired and in need of a proper clean.

   Being the only cinema on the Isle of Wight ( does commodore count?) You are limited, and when comparing to say the showcase in Southampton, Cineworld doesn't scratch the service. In comparison, to showcase, more expensive and less comfy.

   Good variety of films. Wheelchair friendly albeit a limited amount of Wheelchair spaces (2 in each screen), and in some screens, the seats next to the Wheelchair spaces are awkward if you are with a wheelchair user.. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cinema is clean, as are the toilets.

   Situated in the centre of Newport there are plenty of options for food or shopping around if you want to go before or after your film. 11 screen cinema where screens are nice and clean. Mixture of smaller and bigger ones depending on the showing. Prices on the food is standard for cineworld. Pricey. I have an unlimited card so booked online. However all staff were helpful while there. I would give a 5 star but I have not heard good things of how cineworld treat their staff which is a shame.
