   We went to Lancaster’s as we had to sell our house in a set time to not lose another property we wanted to buy. Chris, Ben and the team were brilliant from day 1. They generated over 500,000 views on tik tok of our house before it had been listed, and we had around 12 viewings, with a sale agreed after 11 weeks. Their social media and publications for our house were next level and we got within £10k of our asking price. Then Stella kept all the solicitors in toe to close the sale out quickly. You seriously get what you pay for with agents and although Lancaster’s are a little bit more than most, their results offer better value for money. 100% would use and recommend to everyone.
