I'm very glad that I put my home on the market with Seafields. They did a brilliant job when taking photographs and writing up a description of the property and I secured an offer very quickly. They worked tirelessly to keep the transaction on track and helped the purchasers through the process. They are all friendly, knowledgable and, unlike some estate agents, very professional. I cannot recommend Seafields highly enough.

Seafields Estates helped us with a recent purchase in Ryde, Isle of Wight. I have been very impressed by the attention and care shown by the company and by Rosanne in particular. She has always been at the end of the phone or email and nothing was ever too much trouble. Rosanne helped to keep the deal alive. I would absolutely recommend Seafields Estates for selling your property. You will be in very safe and capable hands.

No hesitation in saying the best agents we've ever dealt with. Hugely committed to ensuring our sale went through in spite of loads of hurdles along the way, went way beyond what was expected. Rosanne is incredibly hard-working and persistent, ably assisted by Leigh. Highly recommend!

Seafields – Zero Stars if I Could A few weeks ago, I began looking for a rental property in Ryde, Seaview, and Binstead. I reached out to five or six letting agents on the Isle of Wight. One property in Ryde really stood out to me, and as this was my first time renting, I was both excited and nervous. I just needed some basic questions answered particularly whether the landlord would accept a small dog. I registered my interest with Seafields online but never got a confirmation, so I followed up with a phone call. The first lady I spoke to was kind and helpful, and she said she’d check with the landlord and arrange a viewing. After hearing nothing back for a day and a half, I called again. This time I was met by someone entirely different. Abrupt, dismissive, and frankly rude. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by asking. When no one returned my call, I decided to put everything in writing via their online form, thinking it would make things easier and clearer. Instead of updating me on the property or my question, the same dismissive lady rang me back only to tell me she found my decision to follow up in writing “distasteful.” When I challenged her on this, she doubled down with a condescending, “we’ll update you when there’s something to update.” That “update” never came. No call, no email, no text nothing. In short, Seafields could not have cared less whether I was a customer or not. The whole experience left me embarrassed and frustrated. The rental market may be fast moving on the Isle of Wight, but there is no excuse for rudeness, arrogance, and zero communication. I’ve since gone with a different letting agent who was everything Seafields are not - professional , helpful, and genuinely interested in helping me find a home.

We used Seafields as they are a local and know the market very well. After a very long and sometimes disappointing process Seafields came up trumps! They kept us informed all the way with great feedback. We would highly recommend Seafields team to anybody

In 2005 my wife and purchased our apartment in Ryde from Seafields. We were the first to buy in the apartment block. The whole buying process was second to none with Roseanne at the helm ensuring everything ran smoothly. 17 years on when we decided to sell it was a no brainer to use Seafields, and Roseanne, to market our flat. Again, from the very start of the process, Roseanne and her team ensured that all went well. There were times that we were anxious about some of the questions from the buyers solicitors but phone calls to Roseanne would ensure us that things were going well. Communication with her team was excellent throughout. Very reassuring. We would highly recommend that should you want to buy a property on the island then Seafields must be your first stop.

This estate agent was beyond helpful.... the people dealing with my purchase went beyond what I have experience before, and still are.... they were helpful and always with good humour..... if you're considering an estate agents I would highly recommend this smaller agents.
