Very disappointing. We've always bought tiles from Brookes due to the great range and prices. However, since the takeover by MKM the range has reduced and the prices have increased.
A very good choice of tiles many areas showing what can be done in different spaces. Thankfully staff not in your face whilst you browse. You can buy most things you need for any bathroom or kitchen as well tiling for all rooms
This place just kept on wowing us. The choice of everything is unriveled, their designs are increbly impressive, but it was their team that really did impress. Brooke ceramics have been amazing! Due to a mistake on my part I accidentally split my web order in two. The office/shop staff were really helpful, a pleasure to speak with on the phone and were able to help me quickly. My pallet arrived quickly and in very good condition. I was kept up to date throughout on my order. The samples I ordered (before the bigger purchase) all arrived quickly and in very good condition. I’d happily use Brooke Ceramics again, and happily recommend them to friends
Although our kitchen makeover is not yet finished, I just wanted to share a quick pic of how beautiful our tiles look. We ordered these from Brooke Ceramics a good few months ago and although the courier damaged/dropped our original order, Brooke were amazing and had another pallet of tiles shipped to us within 48 hours.
