Awful. Completely different colour to what was advertised so be prepared and then the quality is awful. Arrived chipped and battered. Literally just crumbles away. About as sturdy as a sand castle. Expensive waste of money
Ordered the Large Baluster Stone Bird Bath LBB-C5763, just what we were looking for and at a good price. Some initial confusion over the term 'Processing' but all queries responded to promptly and politely. Bird bath ready before the estimated date, and a quick follow up to determine delivery just s few days out. Delivered on the day advised and within just 15 minutes of the estimated time. Delivery driver unpacked to check all OK and even offered to carry through to where going to be sited. The guys have had some poor reviews but I can only feedback as I find and I cannot fault this experience end to end. Thank you
Great company, top service and good staff, on a recent visit the staff had to deal with a member of the public walking on the yard and trying to cause and issue with staff so he could film them and edit it into a rage bait video for social media. I was unaware of such a thing existing until I witnessed it happening and then did some research as to what the strange man with the camera was up to, (they call it auditing)safe to say the staff handled the situation well Great products and a fast service I would definitely recommend
Had a fantastic experience with this company. Ordered two pier caps which came well packaged and undamaged. The workmanship was of a superior quality. I was skeptical about ordering them considering I'm based in Scotland and the company is so far away. I've been builder for 11 years and have never seen pre- cast look this good
