   Only one person serving on the tills (and who really couldn't be bothered with please and thank you), even though it was busy with customers due to the posters displaying reduced prices (not many proper reductions- and then still more expensive than many other places). Several staff moving empty shelves and racks presumably to make the actual store smaller, but ignoring their actual customers. Store has got worse over the years- sorry, but could understand if this one closed.

   If I'm honest I think it's lost sight of what it wanted to be , the shelves are stocked the staff seem nice and the store was clean , but so are home bargains and Band M which is way cheaper , and no one's going to any of them for premier grade stuff

   Good variety of products for sale from groceries to DIY and home furnishings but imo, they sell too much of nothing. Need to get rid of the groceries and sell more of what they already sell. Pricing has been creeping up for a while now like most places but wilkos has now put themselves in a position where I find I'm going elsewhere as prices aren't always competitive now.

   Well organised covid restriction policy in place. Hygiene materials ready upon entrance and all baskets and trolleys are cleaned by a member of staff before being reused. Unfortunately about 25% of stock was missing in store. Not sure if it was end of season lines so was a store shift or generally out of stock. Got what I needed for the most part and staff are welcoming as always.

   What's to say about Wilko? It's a great store in a great place with parking for many right outside and a huge range of quality stock inside, the staff are always at your disposal and ready to help. Wilko makes a great alternative to some more expensive DIY stores and offers the same if not better quality. I highly recommend shopping here.
