   Booked my 2 guinea pigs in for a few nights as our usual boarding place was full. I am unsure if we would return but I maybe didn't do my research fully and was expecting different. They were in an outdoor run which was fine for the dry, warm weather but I had expected they'd have an indoor area too for extra shelter. If the temperature was not as warm/dry as it was I'd have been worried about them being on concrete. Mine do live out during summer but in a very well insulated hutch and can bury in fresh deep hay. I did answer that they live outdoors but I hadn't realised the implications of that and the setup. I also wasn't aware they would not get fresh vegetables, just forage. Again, I should have researched more. Although this is not so critical but a few treats would be nice! They were not set up for a water bottle, we were told they'd get one, not sure if that happened as we had no update for the entire time despite seeing many other updates on social media for other people and being told we would receive one.

   Brilliant pet hotel. I have used twice for my two rabbits and I will always go back when needed. Lovely enclosures for the rabbits, air conditioning on inside areas which helps in summer. Cat and her husband take great pride in what they do to look after the animals.

   We had an excellent experience at Buckley. The facilities are clean and the rabbits had lots of space to themselves. Receiving updates was a bonus too! We were also accommodated on short notice which was very appreciated. We will 100% be returning ☺️

   Fantastic pet hotel for your small pets - our guinea girls love it here. Really clean, spacious, great areas - indoors and outdoors spaces to suit your pets preferences. During the summer, they had AC in the indoor pet space to keep it the perfect temperature and prevent overheating. Pets seem really well looked after and loved. Plus owners are lovely too. Very reasonable pricing, easy to get to location.

   We've used Buckleys and Catherine's 5 star service 3 times this year and cannot fault it. Our guinea pigs are so well looked after with treats of fresh forage every day and even a Christmas present this time. We loved getting the updates from Catherine whilst we're away and can relax knowing our guinea pigs are so well cared for. Thank you Buckleys

   The service was absolutely brilliant, my 4 rabbits had a lovely holiday and Buckleys, they didn’t want to come home when I went to pick them up, we were made to feel at ease and we got video updates every few days from them which was lovely to receive, amazing value and I would definitely recommend them. I will also be more than happy to leave my bunny’s here again.

   Mr rabbits Harley and Quinn have been regulars at Buckleys since they opened. They are always so well cared for in clean and spacious suites. They love all the fresh home grown greens and forage and come home happy and healthy. Owners are caring and very knowledgeable about rabbits needs. Easy online booking process!

   Amazing place, runs of a decent size and the rabbits are pampered with fresh greens daily. My rabbit was well cared for and had a hutch to herself with her own enclosed run. All the enclosures looked really secure. Had updates throughout her stay. I will be using Buckleys again, a happy bunny = a happy owner.

   We had a fantastic experience at Buckleys. The care from the beginning of booking to our 2 bunnies stay was exemplary with even a video of the boys settling in sent to me - which I thought was a fabulous touch and very thoughtful for nervous owners. Our boys were very happy and very well cared for. Would totally recommend and will definitely use again
