   Absolutely the very best, the whole team completely adore animals and they're pretty good with humans to ! Our first dog went twice a year for all of his life and was treated like a King. We have just booked our new puppy in for a week in October and the girls are already very keen to have him stay, I just know they will spoil him rotten. I simply cannot recommend Denford Kennels highly enough, they do it because they love dogs and that shows in everything they do..... Simply the best ❤️

   When booking I was asked for a £50 deposit. I was told this was cash only. We had to drive there as I couldn't get them to answer the phone. When I left my dog I gave special dietary instructions and care. This was written down on scrap paper which I was told to carry to the kennel area and hand in. No other record, or digital copy of this, just scrap paper. I handed it to the lady who didn't even read it. On collection, suprise suprise my special requests were not carried out. I then questioned this and received and extremely rude response and was told never to return. Luckily I wouldn't return. Neither do I recommend. Very unprofessional.

   Fantastic boarding kennels, used them for the last few years, 17 days for one stay for my labrador, he always drags me up the path to get in! Kennels are spacious and very clean, bedding changed daily, Staff are lovely and as they wash him before he comes home, he's all fluffy and smelling great!

   Left our Border Collie (Ollie) there for 2 weeks. They seem to have taken pretty good care of him. He smelled nice and was clean on his return and were kind enough to share photos and videos of Ollie during his stay. I was able to deliver Butternut Box directly here as well for Ollie.
