    Tried to purchase a Mcalpine fitting, I had pictures, just not the product code. The guy behind counter was helpful but not knowledgeable, he went to get another member of staff who was rude and abrupt to the point of in the middle of serving me decided to come back out with his orange bike and left the showroom. His last words were "we dont sell them, try screwfix" (it was Product code: F47297 and you do sell them)
