Awful service. I could say more but I won’t. Drivers need retrained on how to drive and the whole team need retrained on good customer service including manners and time keeping, maybe include in the training that buses are actually supposed to turn up and when they do, stop for the school children.
The driver I encountered recently had parked on a double yellow line seemingly for no proper reason which in it's self was bad at that particular location. I understand it can be difficult to park such large vehicles and often requires some understanding but the bigger problem was he parked restricting a pedestrian refuge island, forcing traffic to illegally go on the wrong side of it at a junction. I tried politely to ask if he could move a few metres forward but he decided to play the smart alec and pretend he couldn't hear me while giving a slimey smirk. Rooney coaches take note. Your drivers represent your company, their actions and lack of manners reflect very poorly on the company as well as themselves.
Driver blocked our driveway and whole road outside Ark Farm so that no cars could get through. As I then followed the bus down the dual carriageway the driver moved the bus into my lane in what seemed to be an attempt at intimidating me, presumably because I had tooted my horn - once - to try to get him to unblock the exit from my house.
A brilliant Coach Company to deal with. From the professional, polite and helpful girls in the office to the Coach driver who was so friendly and pleasant. All of this made our day to Co Wicklow most enjoyable. Well done Eamon Rooney.
Great service, very responsible people. Highly recommended for kids trips. Transporting children from our Saturday school for various events, always on time, excellent condition of the buses.

Absolutely great service! We used the tour bus on a Saturday night and I discovered my wedding ring missing shortly after being back at the hotel. I called up on Sunday morning just in case I had lost it on the bus, Eamon went to the yard specifically to check the bus for me on his day off...that is going above and beyond in my book. Long story short I found my ring. Great company, great service, I highly recommend them.
We hire Rooney International coaches every week of the year for our Game of Thrones locations tours from Belfast and Dublin. The drivers are always on time, coaches always clean and the staff a pleasure to work for. If we could give Rooney International 6 stars we would. The best in Northern Ireland.
Fantastic Newry to Dublin bus service at brilliant times to suit workers in Dublin. It was my first time using the service today and I will be getting the bus up and down to Dublin every day going forward. The bus driver was very helpful and friendly, the bus was lovely and comfortable and had a great wifi connection. 10/10 service. Highly recommend!
