Sent my son daughter in law.. twin grandsons and granddaughter .. they came back delighted full of the joys of the experience.. lovely staff .. give the children plenty of attention and the adults felt included.. worth a visit

The experience was good, the staff were lovely and Santa spent a good bit of time chatting with the kids. The selection box instead of a toy or book was disappointing (£15 per child) and £10 for an adult is overpriced, nothing provided for adults.

Me and my daughter went to collect her Halloween drawing price and Lucy was incredible help. She showed us the place and let us watch the st Patrick history. Very welcoming place to be. And I’m shocked of the nice cafe upstairs that I didn’t know of. We will be coming back!

If you visit Downpatrick you have to stop in the Saint Patrick Centre, it is full of history, the architecture is gorgeous. The staff are very kind. The cathedral is amazing and its history is so interesting. The cafe is also great. Overall a very worth while experience!!!

There are lots inside this centre. As well as a shop, there is a very nice cafe upstairs, tourist information and an exhibition about St Patrick - we had intended to pay to visit that but it was closed due to it being transformed for a Halloween event. We were offered the option of watching the video that was part of the exhibition but we would have been charged full admission price so gave it a miss.

Extremely interesting and good information about Co Down, and relaxing in their restaurant. Most definitely worth a visit.

We had regularly been here for lunch and, until recently, have recommended it to friends. Don't feel I can do that any longer. After we arrived, we had to wait for ages to place our order. The waitress was too busy chatting to people she obviously knew and we were ignored. She eventually asked another girl to take our order. The lady at the next table who had walked in behind us, was starting her meal as we placed our order. The background noise was horrendous. A radio station was being played through speakers at high volume which meant customers had to speak louder. It was so bad that when I went to pay, the girl on the till couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear her as a speaker was directly overhead. This is always for the staff, never the customers. It's a pity as we used to enjoy going there for lunch. Now it appears to have turned into just another 'caff'.

Just went in to buy a birthday gift. Great selection of Irish inspired jewellery and the usual aaran and tweed and assorted gifts. Friendly staff, well worth a visit.

Very informative experience and the audio in each section enhances the exhibit (and is available in several languages). Lovely shop and cafe with some outside seating. Staff in each area were friendly and helpful.
