   Balmedi County Park is a beautiful, peaceful spot perfect for a relaxing day out. The trails are well-maintained, the scenery is stunning, and the whole park feels clean and welcoming. Great for walking, picnicking, or just enjoying nature. Family-friendly and super calming—definitely worth a visit!

   Lovely, nice open and scenic country park with plenty of sand dunes, flowers, and other wildlife. We were really impressed with the biodiversity that this park is home to. There’s a small tuck shop, but it’s only open on weekends, which is fair enough because it’s staffed by volunteers. The only thing that lets this place down in my mind, is the toilets. They’re really really grim. The cubicles didn’t lock properly; there was running water, but no soap; while there was technically toilet paper, it hadn’t been fed through the dispenser, so it was inaccessible; there was blood on the floor (no sanitary bins provided) ; the toilet button needed to be held down for 30 seconds to flush properly. It’s a real shame because the park itself was lovely!

   Fantastic beach, dunes. You can walk for miles. On the weekend the Sand Bothy is open for a wee coffee and snack after a play in the park.

   It's A lovely Peaceful Place To Go Especially When The Weather Is Nice We Love Going There With The Dogs We Can Spend Hours Just Walking Try To Take Some Snacks And A Drink For Your Family And Your Pets After All The Walking Youll Need It ..A Good Day Out

   A massive expanse of sandy beach and rolling dunes, Balmedie is a great place to go for a walk or spend time relaxing on a sunny day. Having come here for years I have a lot of great memories attached to the beach. It's just a real shame that there's quite a lot of visible pollution with plastic bags and glass bottles every few metres.
