A historic structure with picturesque views of the flowing river. It blends charm with functionality. It's a peaceful spot for photography and enjoying the serene natural surroundings.

It's a medieval bridge built over River Dee. The view if the river is beautiful with vegetation surrounding, footpaths, birds chirping. The water is clear, flows quietly on most days and pebbles can be seen underneath and around the pillars if the bridge.

The Bridge of Dee, in Ruthrieston (Aberdeen) is an beautiful 1527 road structure. It is still in use today. The bridge has a very narrow path for pedestian (so be careful), but has a few out bumps, so you can let someone pass by and continue on. The best view of the bridge is from the lower river side park (on the northern embankment) or Bridge of Dee Park on the southern side. The River Dee passes beneath.

Love to feed the Brig o Dee crow murder. The daffodils in full bloom along the river makes it perfect for walks and photography. And on a fine day even a picnic. I love it.

Great little walk for exercising the dog. Nice open areas for training and everyone is respectful of social distancing as well as responsible dog handling.
