   Exceptional help from Jodie! Without Jodie's help, we would not have been able to complete our visa applications for India. She spent well over an hour on Saturday 20 December, 2026 sorting it out for our upcoming TUI holiday to Goa. Her patience and knowledge were amazing. What a wonderful employee and an excellent example of TUI customer service. Thank you so much Jodie.

   Visited the Havant store today to make extensive changes to our cruise holiday next year. Frankie was so so helpful and efficient. She worked so hard at ensuring every aspect was covered and that we were completely satisified before we left the store. Very happy and smiley throughout.    My experience was excellent from start to finish! Lea in the Havant store listened to my requirements and advised exquisitely. The hotel was nothing short of breathtaking and in a prime location! Lea also advised the small group tour for the colosseum which was excellent and felt more personable.
