   We saw Lisa who was efficient amd helpful and apologetic as she couldn't find our quote, no problem, also had issues with the company she was trying to book our trip with , but she dealt with it in a calm and efficient manner, then another member of staff stepped in amd helped, all got sorted, they worked as a team, were polite and friendly and helpful, cant ask for more nowadays.

   Popped in on Saturday to book a holiday. 1 member of staff was with someone at the computer and the other at the currency desk with someone. We waited 10-15 minutes and nobody else came out. Eventually left and walked 2 minutes up the road to TUI. Holiday booked within 20 minutes and left. I'm sure if we had seen someone or been acknowledged then it would have been 5 stars.
