   Used them last year for a trip of a lifetime and the staff were fantastic, didn't need to look at any other travel agents this time as we knew the best customer service was with Hays in Ryde. Thank you so much Alexis for your continued outstanding customer service and look forward to yet another trip of a life time. Sorry had to update the review sadly Alexis has left. Since her leaving we've had several problems with holidays but even worse her replacement Carol we found to be very rude and condescending. Having travelled with them to Borneo, Kenya, Portugal plus a cruise and about to head to Iceland this week be our last booking with them. Its a shame that 1 person can completely flip the experience we had.

   My wife and I are regular travellers, travelling throughout the world, Bali, Dubai , Singapore etc. We normally travel business class and enjoy the premium service. We had a small window to have a holiday and explained our “wish list” to Chris. He listened and forwarded us a choice of 6 destinations with different combinations. After very careful consideration we decided to choose Agios Nikalaos Crete and purchase an Easy Jet package. Not knowing what to expect. Before our holiday Chris did all the paperwork, there was nothing for us to do! The flight was approximately 3.5 hrs not a problem, private transport was there waiting and the hotel was better than we had hoped. Great sea views ideal location. Our departure was just as good. We cannot express our delight of the service Chris gave us. His choice was so accurate that we still cannot believe it. We had a great time and will certainly return to Hays travel in Ryde for our next trip.
