Absolutely terrific place. Wonderful staff and facilities. Our two dogs loved it there,in fact their going back for a week soon. This is the Ritz of dog kennels and I could not recommend any higher. If you love your Dogs this is the place to come.
Our boxer dog spent 3 weeks here at the Hatch. We’d heard very good comments on it but we were still worried as it was a long time to leave her for and it was over Christmas too. We needn’t have worried she was looked after amazingly. The staff are so good she came home happy and looking great. Paul and Louis are exceptionally kind and love the dogs. A special thank you and see you again.
As a regular customer I was always happy until recently when faced with a cancer diagnosis which required me to rehome my dog and cancel a Christmas booking for which I had paid a hefty £200 deposit. There was no compassion shown and the return of the deposit was refused, even though the notice I gave made it likely that the dog’s kennel space would be easily filled over the prime time festive period.
First time we used a kennel, so we were a bit nervous about it, but the team there are very professionals, and assured us about everything. We left our collie dog Abbey there for two weeks while we were on holiday, and she has been looked after well. She wasn't dirty on skinny, and she was so happy to be there. Definitely we'll use them again next time, and also recommend them to anyone.
Fantastic kennels, looked after our beloved patch. We left a deposit to save a place for August. Unfortunately our patch passed away and we let you know in advance, such a terrible loss. But I do believe that the £160 deposit left is extremely expensive and to keep all of this knowing that we have the burden off a cremation on top off this. The Hatch should have some level off compassion with people in this position. But unfortunately this was lacking and It's seems to be all about the money.....!
