I’ve recently ordered my groceries from uber eats . Apparently the whole package delivered to me was completely wrong.I ordered the groceries worth £40 and i got delivered with stuff worth nearly £20. I tried to reach uber driver for the same he said just raised the concern it’s a store fault i even asked him to take the order back to which he denied. I called the store like multiple times on the blunder day itself No response at all. My concerns i did the online shopping for my convenience to which i was ready to pay your overpriced products as well which apparently turned out that neither the store was entertaining me nor the uner eats. I understand uber eats is your partner but I’m sure if you understand the root cause of this blunder you’ll see yourself at fault since i know uber drivers only comes in store to pick up the order by saying the name/Order id its the colleagues of coop who handovers the requested packages. I truly understand the dynamics of retail too i myslef in retail but don’t you think atleast acknowledging the mistake , getting in touch with the driver would have helped. I’m sure the concern might have come to your notcie as well when uber will start the refund process. Lastly, You promise to serve your customers first hand which turns out to be a false claim in my opinion. Also there is clear training gap in your current staff otherwise thingwouldn’t have happened and obviously instead of owning the stupidity happened you’re not even bothered. I’m sticking all the proofs/ order id for you people just in case if you be bothered to look into your customers problem and ensure how says they are, which i doubt Ordered by -Shubhank

Hello bit disappointed with the packs of cheese, all stuck together, which makes separating it impossible to do, why not put things paper or grease proof paper between each silce.!!

Long time review coming, usually a local store but lately it's gotten terrible. Limited range, never stocked up, staff not willing to help or miserable, manager walks around staring at you watching if your going to steal, really negative approach to retail. Self service machines are awful never work and then there's no staff to help as there working alone and it's too busy to assist customers. twice I've been stood waiting for help or assistance at the self-service checkout for longer than 5 or 10 minutes.. eventually I've just given up and walked out and left the shopping. Awful shop needs to change won't be returning.

Co-op isn't a regularly busy shop yet the staff always seem to be doing something and when they have completed their tasks they seem to enjoy regularly death-staring the customers. The shop itself is quite modern though the prices are typically above the rrp.

Great shop although they could do with some security. I am aware that the thieving in the shop is dreadful. I was there when a load of chocolate was stolen and I felt sorry for the exasperated staff who could do nothing about it
