    I have used this pharmacy all my life. First in the original shop across the road, and where it is now. It was always my "go to chemist". The staff became my friends. I got to know the pharmacist who was always really helpful when my children were little. After the move to the new premises the care continued when I've had health issues and when my husband was terminally ill. During the pandemic they were so helpful delivering my medication. I always felt supported. I certainly never thought that I'd end up giving this wonderful chemist such a low score. No-one answers the phone. The wait for repeat medication gets longer and longer so that, even when I order my meds from the surgery in plenty of time, I run out of my everyday meds. Well, I'm generally patient, but there's only so much I will tolerate. Goodbye to one of the stalwarts of the Emsworth High Street. Plus, according to the phone message, they now close at 5pm not at 5.30 as per the website

    Never answer the phone when trying to check if a prescription is in. Was told “come back tomorrow” for over a week before being told by another member of their staff that they no longer make the medicine I’d been prescribed. Had to go back to my GP who reissued the medicine in a 5g smaller container so they could dispense it. Poor communication and poor customer experience. Try any other pharmacy - the new owners of the old Lloyds by the butchers were far more helpful

    Desperately needed prescription today Lloyds was my nominated pharmacy but unhelpful and uninterested, asked for my prescription and went to the old pharmacy, could not have been kinder and friendly which is what you really need when your are poorly.have changed to have my prescription sent there in future
