   My 6 year old daughter was really desperate for a wee so I asked if she could use the toilet. They said NO. So she had to wee outside the pharmacy on the grass. Shame on you staff. We live in a first world country and she had to expose herself in public. I could not believe it. What is the country coming to basically forcing a tiny girl to pee in front of the public. What the hell is happening when an institution that is meant to help others is happy to take my money but deny someone some privacy to do a natural bodily function which she had to do. I just can’t believe it. Bosmere Pharmacy. You are not cool. Shame on you

   I came to the surgery last week and was served by Memphis I think her name was. I needed some advice and she advised me with some ear drops and was very helpful ! Amazing customer service from such a young girl, very polite and made me feel comfortable !!

   I have called 80 times this evening ovrr a lomg period of time to try and see if my prescription is in/ready as I have 4 children and 2 registered disabled and potentially another and so coming out when my prescriptions are not in etc and having to wait for a considerable amount of time is not fun hence trying to call. They never ever answer the phone. I don't have issues as such in person. Long wait times as during busy times there is only one person rushed off her feet from the face of it. I don't have an issue waiting although hard with children and in the cold when its out of hours. I have been getting the same prescription for over a decade and still not always stocked which again is hard to come back. Calling would solve this for me but they never answer. Knowledgeable staff and pleasant.

   It's built-on the side of the doctors surgery & Everybody uses it from the Health centre including me it does repeat prescription from the surgery average wait for fresh medication once approved from doctor & passed to chemist is 4 days to issue

   One person on counter dispensing during busy time! Ten people in queue outside! I do find the older lady (manager) does not rush herself and chats to customers for too long. Poor judgement when people are waiting!

   So the weekend I put in my prescription. Went there yesterday to collect it, was told it's not in the system doctor may have cancelled it, here's a letter take it to doctors next door. I did. The receptionist in the doctors was like, no it's not cancelled i will get this letter signed and your prescription will be ready to pick up tomorrow at the latest. Go there this evening, prescription not on the system. Explained that my wife who is a teacher has covid and is self isolating and I know there is a chance i might get it so can I at least have an inhaler untill the prescription gets sorted just in case I become ill with covid and have to self isolate. I can tell the pharmacist is looking at me as if I'm lying . Begrudgingly she gave me 2 inhalers, when I ask what will happen if my prescription doesn't come over from the doctor she told me I will be charged £60. I have an exemption card I pay monthly for. Is it really my fault that my prescription didn't get put through properly on your system last weekend. I followed your instructions and went to the doctors reception with a letter yesterday morning, what else can I do. I mean really what else could I have done? I walked away earlier feeling disgusted. And to think I may get charged £60 is unbelievable. I will take this further.

   Between them and the doctors next door they miss an item off the prescription . It will be here in 2 days i am told . I arrive to collect it and am told it will not be here till tomorrow morning . I say its not good enough and the girl finds a box of the meds on the shelf in 30 secs . Was it there all the time

   Helpful staff. Open till midnight Monday to Saturday. Great for getting a prescription from out-of-hours GP visits. Helpful Pharmacist to explain the medicine & how to take them properly.
