Really efficient and helpful pharmacy that make things seamless which is a rare thing amongst pharmacies these days.
Never had a problem since moving to this pharmacy, staff are always happy to assist and very polite. Order my medicine through their email adress, which is an absolute breeze comoared to phoning in. Keep up the good work guys.
I’ve always had a great experience with this pharmacy — the staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. But I wanted to leave a review after the outstanding service I received this week. I found out I urgently needed a travel vaccine within a tight timeframe and was feeling completely overwhelmed. I called the pharmacy and spoke to Mr. Ali, who was incredibly calm, kind, and efficient. He ordered the vaccine immediately, it arrived the next day, and he administered it promptly with clear guidance and reassurance. The whole process was fast, smooth, and clinically sound — and the price was so reasonable, especially compared to other places I contacted. It was refreshing to experience a service that was both efficient and genuinely focused on helping, rather than overcomplicating things. Absolutely unhelpful. Went in with prescription from Scotland that had to be sent as my mother is not well enough to Tavel home to be told that they could not help and that we had to go to the hospital and wait hours. so went to the Everett’s pharmacy in cosham who help with no problems. I actually did bring in all the prescriptions for the medication and when told no dossett boxes could be made I asked if I could just at least have the medication but was told that it was not possible as the prescription was from Scotland but somehow I went to another pharmacy and they did it no questions asked
The pharmacy was a great help in obtaining emergency medication by contacting my spouse’s GP to expedite authorisation. Drayton Prime Pharmacy exceeded our expectations.
Having been with Drayton Community Pharmacy I was suddenly changed to Drayton Prime. From what began as a decent level of service degenerated into a fiasco….. a prescription from the 5th Dec was partially delivered on the 12th. Phoned immediately and was assured that the remainder would be delivered the following day. Phoned later the next day to be informed there had been no drivers and they would be with me the following day (at this point the really urgent tabs had run out). Next day I phoned again …. same response.Nothing arrived. Phoned again today, 15th, to be informed they had just left and would be with me within the half hour …. they were! The delivery drivers are great, and todays was most apologetic, reassured him it wasn’t his fault. I have now changed to a different pharmacy, who are most helpful.
Bad bad service. Worst I’ve received from a pharmacy unfortunately. Lost my prescription on the system and caused me various health issues through lack of meds. Terrible attitude too, didn’t want to admit fault and just apologize. Would never use again. Especially as there is a better one right next door. Ali Shack was the manager I dealt with that cared more about saving face than actually sorting out my problem.
When they were in the small pharmacy they were brilliant. Since they've been in the bigger premises they've been diabolical. Staff are rude. They lie that they have given me prescriptions when they havent. They've lost my medications for weeks at a time. They recently told me 4 times that they had received my HRT prescription on 17th august, they told me this on 18th and 24th august and twice on 3rd September. These calls are recorded on my phone. Finally delivered on 4th September. I've checked twice with the surgery and on the patient access system the prescription was definitely issued to them. After delivery they said they'd never got a prescription. Then ordered another one which they wont dispense so now I cant get my vital HRT. Dr told me to report to nhs Englandas fraud. Very rude on phone and no reply fo complaint letter.
