My first order didn't fit, but the return process was easy, and I was refunded quickly. I ordered in a different size, and the item was delivered quickly (as the first had, too). Very happy with the service from More Sports.
I placed my order at 12:45 and the item arrived at my door 11:20 the following morning and it was a standard delivery!!! Exemplary customer service as I contacted this company on their web chat and the response time was immediate and they were very helpful. I was assured the item would be processed and dispatched the same day if I ordered by 13:00 which I did. Also as I am a new customer I used the 10% off my order which made the price of these boots the cheapest anywhere on the internet. I am a very happy customer and will definitely recommend this company to anyone as my personal experience has been outstanding.
The customer service I have received was first class and fast. I thought I had an issue with a charger, which ultimately was actually a problem at my end. More Sport had a replacement with me in two working days. They went out of there way to make sure I was supported with the issue I reported no questions asked. Highly recommend this seller. USA BUYERS BEWARE!! Everything is great until you want to return your item for a refund. Like most European companys you purchase from in the US, you will never get your money back. I purchased a pair of winter boots on amazon from this company. One was perfect the other boot smelled of mildew and texture was different as if it were stored wrong. Either way was told by More Sports to send back and will be refunded for item and shipping fee. Upon delivery postal could not find the address. Even after sending the correct address, the courier redelivered with no response. Eventually just got boots sent back to me and out of $260.00 USD and still have one smelly boot. If your from the US whatever you buy dont plan on returning to this company.
The staff extremely helpful and not afraid to advise you about shoes, bags, clubs or accessories or any queries that you ask. Willie helped me with advice this morning on a wood that I eventually purchased today. I purchased some other accessories like tees and carabiner and balls. Love calling in to see what has become available on the market.
Used to be a good website. Now, when you visit, you get annoying notifications along the lines of 'somebody from Belfast bought a golf trolley 10 hours ago'. Like I care! Asked, via chat, whether I could turn this 'feature' off and got a curt 'No' before the rep closed the chat window. Charming! EDIT: In reply to your response: No. Didn't get me on a bad day and your suggestion that it did is just deflecting. A single word 'No' does not constitute a response (or what you laughably call an explanation) that is customer-focused, and immediately terminating the 'chat' at that point emphasises that.
