   After being told by the Rowlands and the well pharmacies that my prescription was not available in the area I enquired at the Brockhurst Pharmacy. The staff were so understanding and helpful with advice and making phone calls to assist me. They had my medication and after a couple of calls were able to supply me. Excellent service throughout my little meltdown, thank you to all the staff at Brockhurst Pharmacy.

   I have been using a different pharmacy for many years. We changed to Brockhurst after years of inefficiency at the other one. Brockhurst Pharmacy has been amazing. Within 4 days of ordering the prescription, I actually received the text message to say the prescription was ready AND when I went to collect, everything was there.    Kind and polite staff. Quite a varied selection of things to offer. I've only just switched to this pharmacy for my medication, and I have to say that it is a lot better than my old pharmacy. The lady that I spoke to was polite and helpful when she explained to me how my medication is going to be managed now, which is so much better and easier than before.    I am a new customer (4 weeks) with Brockhurst Pharmacy prescription service. Compared to the poor service I have received at another pharmacy (rude, uncaring, where I have been left without my medication) words cannot sufficiently express my gratitude to everyone at Brockhurst pharmacy. From the speed with which you answer 'phone calls, the politeness of the staff, to the prompt, speedy delivary of medication and not forgetting courier Paul who always has a cheerful word your service is second to none.
