I have been ringing all dY . No answer. My husband is type one diabetic that needs his medication. This is not good enough.
Everytime there's an interrogation as to why you need pain relief or other items. They try to gatekeep analgesia like you're a child. I don't use anymore. Don't have the attitude at any other pharmacy. Will not use this pharmacy again.
Never had a bad experience at Fareham store. Staff always helpful, expect one that is always rude and miserable. They don’t always have the medications that I need, but always order them in so I can collect on a later date. Over all the pharmacy staff are very good.
Most miserable people ever. Completely ignored me and carried on with prescriptions
Staff always warm and approachable, very kind, and more than happy to help where needed. Any mishaps are always profusely apologised about.
Repeat prescription lost. This has happened twice in 6 months have had to re order might not get new pills before old ones run out which will put my health at risk. Not happy
