   I was asked by the wife for an holistic solution for a sty in the eye, Lays sold me a £13 an ointment. When the wife read the blurb, it had no instructions for a sty and not to use with dry eye (which she has). It was also an antibiotic for conjunctivitis. I took it straight back (only the unsealed box was open to read the internal blurb) but the pharmacy would not except it back, as it had left the premises. They should have informed me of this prior to me leaving the shop, so I could have options (like calling the wife). The ointment was chloramphenicol, and dispite the blurb not indicating use for a sty, the pharmacist confirmed it is OK for a sty and dry eye.

   Came in here yesterday Afternoon on the off chance they may have items on Prescription as another Pharmacy has let me down majorly Staff in Laly's were so polite Friendly and Helpful I even signed up too use them as my Regular Pharmacy

   Absolutly appalling! Multiple times medication not ready, amd then finally they say "we can't get that medication", no solution given, staff just shrug shoulders and laugh give a note saying we owe medication.

   Unfortunately poorly organised. Staff not acknowledging people queuing. Prioritising fulfilling prescriptions to go on the shelf over customers waiting. Absent parts of prescription without realising. Advising a time prescription will be ready and then not being ready. All friendly staff, but clearly poorly led. Moved to new pharmacy.

   Since changing hands this pharmacy has delivered a very high level of service. I am now confident that every item in my repeat prescriptions will be there and if not, they are aware and keep me informed. The team are competent, welcoming and friendly. It is now a pleasure to be a customer here. I cannot recommend them more highly
