   Booked a flu jab online. Get asked how old I am in front of a packed pharmacy and obliged to announce it to everyone. Was 5 mins early and asked to fill in in an online form and then have to wait 15 mins after I've completed it. Then told their computer system is not linked to my GP's so they give me a printed form that I have to physically take to my GP. Terrible service!

   Would not accept a paper prescription from my dentist. I was told that paper won't do and that all scripts must be electronic now.

   Spent 20 minutes at the counter, totally ignored. There were three members of staff on duty, making up prescriptions for people who weren't there. I have been told on previous visits that they are short staffed but this was something altogether.

   Not the best service.Doctor sent a prescription to them yesterday.Went in the afternoon.Closed.Went this morning at nine.A queue. Told me that one part of prescription would not be included today.Sat for at least 15 minutes.Finally got it and all complete.Just gave me an old prescription receipt for different drugs.Usually use an on line service thàt is great.

   Absolutely disgusting service. Went to go collect my prescription for my asthma was told it's to late and they closed the till when I wanted to buy pain relief. With more than 5min left to closing time. I will be seeking legal advice on this matter as it's my medical that helps me breath.
