Really friendly staff worked incredibly quickly for an emergency prescription they hadn't dealt with before from a new customer. Very discreet and understanding when discussing my treatment and clear with how to take my medication. Dealt with a pressing query simply and efficiently. Fantastic service!
Gave the Pharmacy a call, confirmed with them that they have the required medication in stock. Get there 15 minutes later after I paid for the taxi only to be told that they actually don't have the medicines and they will have to be ordered! Get your service right!
I can't believe there are any negative reviews for the Fareham Tesco pharmacy - they are by far the nicest, most helpful and professional pharmacy I have ever used. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The counter staff and pharmacists are very keen to provide top notch service every time - if only every pharmacy was this good! Added bonus that parking is free and you can pick up groceries while you wait for your prescription.
I suffer from a variety of mental illnesses and every single member of staff has always taken the greatest of care going above and beyond to chase my medications for days when the doctor let's me down. They have even delivered my script when I have been too anxious to leave the house. I am treated with respect and dignity and the staff were the only people to send me a birthday card on my 50th the other week. ❤ I AM SO LUCKY THEY ARE ALL AMAZING
