   Forgot to bring my repeat prescription when visiting my parents. Despite NHS website saying quite clearly that pharmacists can provide emergency prescriptions with relevant information (which I had via the app), the pharmacist told me categorically that he couldn’t help and that I had to phone 111. I re-read the NHS website, and instead went to the Boots pharmacy in Fareham and they helped me within 10 minutes. I didn’t need to waste 111 time on a small problem that the pharmacist could help with. Pretty surprised that they were so unwilling to help…

   Absolutely dreadful always closed why even have a pharmacy in there if you cannot man it. Tired of excuses will go elsewhere in future

   Worst pharmacy in Fareham unfortunately I have to give it one star when it deserve none. Often shut when it should be open. Avoid at all cost

   Why say you're open until 9pm when your not. Think you need to update opening hours as you're never open when you say you are.

   Appalling service I had booked a flu vaccination some time ago and then they cancelled it at short notice. They said that ‘A member of the pharmacy team will contact you to rearrange’ but never did. So it seems that they are happy to make promises and not keep them. Do you want to trust your health to a company like this? not even a one star service
