   Called to ask whether they had what I wanted before I travelled all the way there. I had a digital prescription and when I asked if if she could enter it to see if she had it, she sighed down the phone to me like it was the worst thing that’s ever happened to her. Why are you in that job if you hate it so much?

   I cannot praise the entire staff of Morrisons pharmacy enough . The whole team are extremely professional and courteous and cannot do enough to help you. From the pharmacist to Ian the delivery driver go above añd beyond to accommodate ones needs -this in very stark contrast to other local pharmacies. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

   Most staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable. The exception to this is a member of staff named Simon. In April this year he gave me potentially dangerous advice about medication for my mother. His manner was unacceptable, both verbally and non -verbally. He was very rude and also failed to speak up when I informed him that I was partially deaf , despite my asking him twice to do so. In order to ensure safe care I will not be interacting with him again.

   Usually the people who serve you are really helpful and nice but today the pharmacist on duty (Saturday 19 February 2022) was the most miserable man ever. He never once looked up to acknowledge a person was asking something (me) and communicated via the assistant. He had a face that just said he didn’t want to be there. Awful. Despite having my prescription in front of him he refused in a rude way to give me exactly the same medication and ingredients with a different brand because my one was not available. I’m changing pharmacy. There are ways of talking to people and that guy had zero communication skills.

   Very efficient knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very convenient opening hours. Very handy adjacent to Morrison’s main shop so parking is available.

   Very rude unhelpful staff, on more than 1 occasion. Need training on customer service. Also found the chemist closed at 7.55. Should be available to serve customers until 8.00 If this is what is advertised
