   The experience at the apartment was disappointing. Although the facilities appeared adequate, several issues significantly affected our stay. The room was mostly organised; however, the sofa bed had visibly unclean sheets, raising hygiene concerns. In addition, the water temperature in the bathroom was extremely unstable, fluctuating between very cold and very hot, which made its use uncomfortable. More seriously, we experienced an incident that we perceived as racist during our stay. We contacted the management immediately, and while they initially appeared cooperative, no meaningful follow-up was provided. To date, we have not received any information regarding whether the person involved was contacted, what actions were taken, or what measures were implemented to prevent similar situations in the future. Initially, we did not consider the incident itself to be the responsibility of the accommodation. However, the lack of communication and absence of follow-up were deeply concerning and made us feel unsupported. This response gives the impression that situations of this nature are not handled with the seriousness they require. Guests should feel safe and supported during their stay. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled, combined with poor communication, significantly undermined our trust in this accommodation. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here

   LOCKED OUT OF PROPERTY AT NIGHT, RECEIVED NO RESPONSE, CODE I WAS GIVEN WAS COMPLETELY WRONG AND DID NOT CORRESPOND WITH THE CODE GIVEN TO ME ON THE APP OR THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE SIGN OUTSIDE. RECEIVED NO REPLY FROM THEM AT ALL ON THIS, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! HAD TO PAY £40 IN UBER COSTS TO GO TO A FRIENDS HOUSE AND WASNT ABLE TO STAY THERE, NO REFUND GIVEN AND NO RESPONSE STILL!

   After spending unforgettable 3 months at the midst of milton keynes city centre, i have checked out last week. Here i just want to thank Charlie for arranging apartment 44 ensuite for me. Also i shall be always thankful to Ula who made my stay comfortable and always available whenever i need assistance. However there were some glitches with the lift last 2 weeks but that can be ignored as it was a memorable stay overall. Guyz, Charlie and team are a new company to MK but give them a chance. You wont regret with property, location and management.!

   Lovely apartments in a good location. Quitw new so a lot things being worked out on the go. Small gym available too. Was here for nearly months, was a super convenient stay, though due to the length of time we stayed a freezer and oven would have been ideal. Parking was limited and at a day rate. Though if you have a mk parking permit, you can park quite close for less.

   My experience was 10/10 (Milton Keynes). Apartment was lovely and clean, very warm and inviting. Ula who helped to make this experience as easy and stress free as possible was amazing. Warm friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. Had a a couple of issues (nothing to elaborate on) However, Ula was quick in trying to resolve these. I rang Ula on the last day not realising it was her day off, despite not being at work Ula was friendly and happily answered my query. Thankyou Ula I believe it was you that made our stay memorable. Will be returning soon
