Have asked for electricity top up and twice they have not issued it through, have phoned British gas and they have found nothing on my account that top ups have not been made, it's crazy, never use them again!!! I regret even raising them as one star!!
Staff arrogant suppose to be open at 6am never is they will also tell you the electric gas top up isn't working when you only popping in just for that which is wrong time currently 6.11am
Ignorant staff no manners always on the phone charged 1 price one day and a different the next and watch your change
Need to be stocked up and self label must be checked as when you get to the till its more expensive than what it says on the shelf label or there no price label at all.

Beware of whay your being charged, apparently Paypoint has a 50p Charge to use debit card. Young lady working there makes you feel uncomfortable with the way she looks at me!
