   Very rude staff. I gave the man to much change for my purchase by accident and after he counted it all he threw the extra change on the counter top raised his voice at me and said look lady next time give me the right amount of change! Disgusting attitude.

   Really bad experience. They don’t give you the correct change especially coppers like £1.16 I gave them £1.50 and received 30p change instead of the 34p change. Not the first time I’ve experienced this.

   The first and last time i will ever come into this horrible store. I came to pick up a parcel, showed him my ID and instead of giving me it back he throw my ID on the counter. Once he came back with my sqaushed parcel he said "This has come 3 days ago, why didn't you come and collect it?'' I had only just received a message from Hermes to say it was ready to collect. If you have a problem go speak to Hermes about why their system is slow at letting people know there parcel has arrived at your shop. There was no need for this. This man clearly has zero customer service skills and really rude. I would not recommend coming here unless you want to be treated like trash!
