Always have an issue with the female staff, either don’t know what to do and/or rude at the same time. Amazingly the parcel delivery machine is always broken, I wonder why. Not a very nice shopping experience at all
Shop is pleasant and well stocked but the member of staff I dealt with (older guy with a bald head) was awful. I asked for help using the Evri parcel return system and he was unbelievably rude and when I tried to show him the instructions sent from Amazon he said he didn’t care what the instructions said. When he realised that I was not happy with his attitude towards me he asked to see QR code at which point I told him exactly how rude I found him and that I was leaving to find someone who did care……needless to say he lost the sale of a couple of ice creams and an evening meal that I was going to purchase
The men are okay in this shop, helpful friendly etc but a couple of the women Ew.....try not to go in when the snarling banshees are in there, kind of unpleasant. Also I am bang certain one of them tries to clip customers. Management eyes open? Decent paper shop otherwise.
Use the shop quite regularly, but don't know why different staff offer different advice !!!! Told that a regular Costa is part of the meal deal, and got charged £3 today had the same meal deal and got charged £5.25 WHY
I only use the store for Hermes collection and drop off as not local but always clean and tidy and the staff are really friendly.
