Friendly staff. I learnt a lesson, I will never bother again to fix my own bicycle. They serviced it and replaced the chain and cassette, fixed my brakes and I genuinely believe it was great value. It is a different bicycle. Top marks. Very happy. I am also very happy with the new bicycle I bought there too.
Just picked up my new Liv Devote. Absolutely amazing service from all the lads. Brian took as long as needed to explain everything and fit different bits and bobs that I had bought externally, including mudguards, front rack etc...all very time consuming stuff. Can't rate highly enough. Thanks lads.
I collected my new road bike yesterday and I was super impressed with the superb customer service I received from the first day I popped into the store. I dealt with Gareth who could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He spent a significant amount of his time helping me make sure that I was getting the correct size and set up. I would recommend the store to anyone looking for a new bike, equipment or professional advice. The bike is a dream and I can't wait to start racing with it. I couldn’t recommend the team at Giant highly enough. I signed up for the Bike to Work scheme last year and it was extremely easy, thanks to the knowledge and experience of the staff here. Have dropped the bike back in for a few services since then and Gareth has always been excellent with this advice and help. If you are on the lookout for a new bike, equipment or general advice, make sure to pop in here!
I bought my bike in a different Giant store but Gareth and his team did the first service for me in Dublin at no cost which saved a long drive - they were really helpful and sound, and were able to sort me out with some accessories. Would definitely recommend - thanks!
Bought two bikes for my teenagers from the Giant Store in February - a Giant Escape City Disc and a Liv Alight City Disc. I had a clear idea of what I wanted but still sought guidance and clarification regarding the hydraulic brake components. The store is well laid out and easy to look around. It was great to go and see the frame sizes first hand and to be able to compare with other models. Gareth was very knowledgeable and helpful. He ordered the specific size and variant I wanted and kept me updated on the bikes' ETA. I had previously bought bikes for myself and my daughter from the store and the serial numbers and my details were still on file which made things much quicker. I have used the Bike To Work Scheme here as well which was a seamless experience. Overall the customer experience was excellent. I fully expect to buy another bike from this store in future.
Bought a Giant Talon 4 Mountain bike here. The customer service was excellent, Gareth was extremely helpful, had an extensive knowledge of bikes and was very professional. The bike is well built but is surprisingly light-weight. I cannot recommend Giant enough and I would definitely purchase a bike from them again in future.
