   An absolute online shambles. We’ve had two separate refunds into the house this week from TRI as a result of their inability to fulfil orders. Why advertise items that are not in stock? And not complete? Firstly, a blue gilet not in stock after a weeks wait, but we have it in black? It would be like me photographing a clients bay horse and then offering them a photo of a grey? Both horses, hardly any difference. Secondly, a coat that should have a hood but the hood is longer attached and missing. Refunds promptly offered in both cases, a very, very busy time of year apparently. Good, I’m happy for you, but please invest in your systems and your staff.

   Could not recommend them enough. We spent 1.5 hours in there today getting our 6 year old fitted for a helmet and the lady (Susanna) who helped us was absolutely amazing. She tried so many hats and sizes to make sure that it fit perfectly. She wasn’t 100% sure about the fit and even called in a more experienced lady (Fiona) to help and they genuinely wanted to ensure it was a perfect fit. Because of Thai amazing service we have found our go to place for anything we need.

   I ordered a 200 euro voucher. It was not delivered. I called and was informed that once the item leaves their shop it's the delivery company's issue then. Tri Equestrian takes no responsibility for the items once they have left their shop according to the lady I spoke with. So, in essence, they have my 200 euro and I have no voucher. Very poor service indeed. I would.love to be able to remove this review! I got my item, it was delivered late but I still got it. Tri Equestrian followed up with a call. So.sorry for the bad review. Changing it.to excellent!!

   Staff very unfriendly upon initial arrival. Chatting amongst themselves left standing with no acknowledgement. Eventually I was given a menu. Ordered food it was the wrong dish. The server was not pleased and took it as an affront that I dared to tell her she took an incorrect order. Food expensive and not great value at all. This was not my first visit and each time it's been the same. Real attitudes on staff. The only saving grace was there was one lady who was super helpful. I found this experience awful because the rude staff member made a big thing of cleaning and clearing around my table in a passive aggressive way making me feel I had to leave quickly. It was not busy so there was no need for that. I will NEVER forget this last visit and would not recommend the poor service and the unfriendly manner and tone from the rude staff members. I was looking forward to a nice meal with a view and I do not thi k it is a lot to adk of staff to get acknowledged when you are spending your hard eRnex cash in the establishment.

   Great store for getting tack etc. A bit pricey but the service is usually quite good, always someone there to help, and the selection is pretty good. Berney is the best, nobody can beat her helpfulness and knowledge, but there's a lot of other amazing people working there too.
