   Sometimes the staff are great, other times it like they cant be bothered. Sometimes the shop is messy and unorganised, sometimes its not. As a village shop it should really step up a bit to make it fel more a part of the community rather than just a "shop". The post office should never have moved from across the road as most of the time the staff dont know what they are doing.

   The staff are very friendly and nice, but management really need to do something about the often insane wait times to use the post office counter. One customer can block the counter for half an hour, leaving someone else with only a single parcel to drop off completely wasting their time. Staff either need to be able to use the second till for post office customers, or set a maximum time a single customer can clog the system.

   Has a habit of not handing over parcels to royal mail. One parcel I had to physically demand back as it was 24hour delivery and sat on the floor for a month. If you value your mail post at Brough instead.

   I use this shop everyday and the staff are spot on very friendly and helpful. People who leave bad reviews have no idea how demanding shop work is! Hours on your feet having to be smiley and efficient - it's not easy! They always have what I need and prices are reasonable for a convenience store.

   Arrived at 07:45 to draw cash from my bank account at the post office. Was told by the shop assistant that the post office didn’t open until 08:30. On at least three other ocassions I have drawn cash at the same time. Rang the shop at 09:30 to ask about the opening times for the post office to be informed that it opened at 07:00. Just what is going on?
