Bought a novamax vape with 3 liquids. I went through 1 of the liquids and when I put the next one in the vape has a mind of its own turns on a drags constantly very dangerous product wouldn’t recommend buying them at all almost set my bag on fire luckily I realised and binned it straight away
Edit. Not just good staff; Absolutely 1st class, and lovely and nice too. 10/10. I've been in most vaping shops in Hull. This one is by far the best. Customer service is off the charts!!
Staff are always very helpful and always offer the sell-up deals. I’ve taken up the 3-4-2 deals on juice and multi purchase deals on coils simply because the staff told me about them and I continue to come back because of the offers. Managers should be proud of the work ethic of the staff here, I’ve worked in sales for years and it’s rare every member of staff promotes the deals and believes in what they’re doing.

Great variety of locally produced e-liquids. Most staff are welcoming and friendly, willing to help and advise. Other, however, couldn't care much if you entered the promises or not. I pass by to see which staff are in, so I avoid the aforementioned ones.
