great people, great service (99% of the time top notch, with a slight issue that I won't mention). One bad egg does not ruin the whole thing, so 5 stars for the wonderful people at Inclusion (many of whom are volunteers, which I think some people forget... so hurray for them as well!)

absoulutly dicusted with the whole shambles concerning my holiday prescription, not getting one until tommorow wil i leave tommow. not only told on phone myscript was ready to pick up at pharmacy. it was not. secondtime (visit) they handed it in but i was refused to be given it. agreed pickup date was for 30th of june and they wote it out for the day after 1st july. the date im leaving thats been dicused/agrreed upon bieng overlooked. prescripion is not only wrong date, been planning this hol 2-3 years now and they know all this. My train leaves well before i could even get the presciptoin also. so no scrip for holiday to be cut in half. not only am i severly disabled i needed traveler assistance to carry my baggage and even if i took this smaller break my ticket i was told would be invalid due to set leave return dates, and so have would to buy another ticket. I recieved news from my dear old friend h'e been diagnosed teminal cancer to add insult to injury. Seems they just dont care less. not even a curtisy call or any phone call after leaving a desperate message top call me back. ID HAVE NO PROBLEMS deleing post if its resolved anyone lokking?.Btw... My key worker Mark, now manager is the most fantastic guy ive ever known here at inclusion/Avalon so has zero bearing on him inany shape or form....the exact opposite is 100% true in fact. Just so you know.

Very poor, website needs updating. Opening times are absolute lies. Drove half hour to get there, only to find out it was shut. Website stated 10.30 pm..yet it is shut at 3.45 pm!!! Absolute joke!!!!
Everyone is as friendly as possible. Brilliant people.
