I was made to feel like we were wasting their time asking for a pharmacist to check over my son who had recently had tonsilitis because he isn't complaining about a sore throat , even though he didn't complain a few weeks back but the doctors saw his throat and the white spots. They are now Saying they only check over 5s only. Which is rubbish because the pharmacist only a few weeks back checked my sons ears and throat who is 3 and it became apparent he had an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. But now they don't want to see us. I'm sure we will fill in the doctors form to then be told we need to see the pharmacist.

if i could give this no stars. i would. i had recently phoned 111 and was referred to my pharmacy and got told to go straight away before they closed at 6. i went in at 5:30pm and told them ive been referred by 111 to have a look at my throat for antibiotics. they immediately said to me that they couldn’t as the referrals were done with for the day. i replied don’t you close at 6? they replied yes we do but we’re not checking the referral you’ll have to go somewhere else. as a 17 year old girl who struggles badly with tonsillitis i was very upset and annoyed that they wouldn’t see me for my tonsillitis. they refused to look at the referral which was made at 5:15pm. the only way i can get tablets from anywhere is through 111 because the pharmacy and doctors surgery are USELESS!!! the two women i spoke to were very rude and passive aggressive towards me. as anyone would be, i was very annoyed and walked out with no tablets and no investigation about my throat. worst pharmacy with the staff to go with it. i understand working is hard (especially as a pharmacist or part of the NHS) but your job is to help people who are ill or going through mental health issues. the least they could have done was put a smile on their faces and done their job properly!

Been meaning to write a highly complimentary review for this pharmacy for a very long time. They have efficiently handled my prescriptions for the past 20 years. I have Primary Progressive MS and Degenerative Spine Disease, so reluctantly...I`m somewhat a frequent visitor to the pharmacy! Whilst this is an extremely busy pharmacy they always achieve high levels of customer service, orders are always made up in good time and they also make time for advice and support on medication changes and dosages when necessary. Today, the relief pharmacist (Andrea) went out of her way to explain the different medication I`m taking and how they would interact with each other due to a potential change in further medication. I am extremely grateful to her and for the long-term, continued support of all at Everett's, Whiteley. The work you do and the effort you all make is very much appreciated. Thank you very much indeed!

Travelled from Pembroke to Whitely leaving important medication at home. Contacted NHS 111 who advised Everetts Pharmacy. Thank you all the lovely ladies who helped the 111 process and prepared the emergency prescription. So friendly and efficient. 10/10.

Service from this pharmacy was disgraceful. 20mins before closing we phoned the pharmacy to ask if they had any Difflam. My 5 year old daughter had just woken from having her tonsils and adenoids removed as well as having gromits put in. We explained that QA had NONE when they went to prescribe some and so we were on a mission to find some as she was in a lot of pain. We contacted this pharmacy they said they had a few bottles. We said the sat nav is going to say we will be there 5mins after you close, can you please stay open. They declined. Cold heartedly said “NO”. Just an outright, not our problem. I mean, it's 5mins, its nothing really. But to work in a business where your primary purpose is to help and care, how cold hearted. It's a child needing some help, because the NHS is failing and your part of that system. It's not a supermarket nor a massive retail setting, it's a small pharmacy tagged onto a doctors surgery. Went in the next day, 4 people and a pharmacist. All of them chatting away, talking about a holiday one of them had come back from and moaning about it. So rude. Poor service. My advice... Have some compassion, engage and smile with customers.

Most miserable staff I have ever come across. Customer service skills are non-existent. No "good morning", no smile, no conversation just. grunts and grimaces. Not what you need when you're feeling poorly! Park Gate branch are just as miserable

Initial issues with sourcing complex medication for my son’s mental health needs, appears to be a lack of knowledge in this area and would much prefer a more sympathetic approach to parent’s needs. That said, from prescription to medication is often swift. Good, Covid measures in place. Be prepared to queue during busy times and not get a parking space in the tiny car park.

Good but small friendly pharmacy. Parking can be tricky if doctors surgery next door busy. Occasionally medicines prescribed & dispensed have had short dates BUT were not out of date so safe to use.
