   All I have to say about ordering from this shop is avoid at all costs!!! After nearly four weeks I’ve not heard anything from them so I contacted them by message first, to which they didn’t reply so I rang them, and queried where my order was, to be told they have not printed them yet and they would get them printed today, so I said I would be down after 4 to get them, he then said the printer is not in until Monday, so I said you blatantly lied to a customer!! To which he tried to deny, however I have 3 witnesses who heard it, I told him that I was going to leave a review, and he practically begged me not to he then said he will check and get some of my order for me and my Son to me. He rang back and told me they have none of my items to print and he has no idea when I will get anything and that it’s my Football Teams fault for choosing the wrong supplier for them to print on, this took me by surprise and I couldn’t listen to his lies anymore and hung up. My Son is going to be so disappointed on training to not have his new training tip on when other members of his team are wearing his even though they were sent the wrong colour tips that they ordered after also complaining. Only use this company if you want to disappoint children in your team, what I failed to mention is I’m the teams coach and I pushed this company to my parents of my players, what a mistake!!!

   Jon and Adele were superb in helping me get an ordered sorted and posted in super quick time. Others couldn't fulfil what I needed and they were both so reactive ensuring that a birthday present was sent in a timely manner to dig me out of a hole.    I have been using Jon and his team for a few years now and he has saved my back several times, my husband has also used them.    So this was our first visit to JW Sports. We were served by Adele who was polite and well informed on the uniform we needed and accurately sized our daughter by eye. She was aware of our daughters needs and was insistent on calling her by her name, which made our daughter feel special. We will definitely be using JW sports again

   I took my daughter for her high school fitting last Friday. Jon was fantastic with helping us to make sure that the uniform was the right size for when she starts in September. It was quick and efficient and made the whole experience easy and not stressful. He was great with my daughter. Thank you very much, glad you stock both of my children's school range! Would highly recommend.
