   Ordered some Atan wetsuit boots from these guys because of all the people selling them them they were the only ones giving real world sizing advice, with out which I defo would have bought the wrong size. It’s the personal touch which makes the difference so thanks guys! You’re also awesome at YouTube please do more of it! Pat

   If you are looking for surf, foil or SUP then I can very highly recommend calling or visiting Andy Biggs in Gosport. As a novice wanting to to start wing foiling Andy was Very generous with his time and gave gave very honest advice. I received great advice on the phone only enhanced when I visited the store. He has a great range and will make sure to get the right kit for your standard and budget. A very genuine business who I will be returning to whenever I need advice and equipment.

   Sadly I have to leave a bad review due to a very poor experience. I ordered an item from their website that was listed as "in stock." Turns out it wasn't. I subsequently called the shop and requested a refund. Instead they sent me a different product, which I did not at any time ever request. And then I still did not get the refund. Upon calling the shop and asking for the refund they said they had already sent me a replacement product and to quote "that is not how retail works." I think they need to learn how refunds work! I explained I had never requested the alternative product they sent and only ever wanted a refund. Their response was that if I sent the product I never asked for back to them (at my own expense) only then would they refund it. Along with telling me: "And only if you do not purchase anything from us again." Nice! Although of course after such terrible service, and a refund that is costing me money, the feeling is mutual. In the end I have returned the product at my own expense, and they have finally refunded me. All in all a very bizarre way of treating a customer! So be warned. Firstly, their website lists stock that is not necessarily in stock. And secondly, it will cost you time and more money to try and get a refund. And thirdly, along the way, they will bizarrely blame you for the issue and will be very unpleasant to deal with. Sad but true.

   Awesome shop! Andy is a total legend and offers outstanding customer service. Incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I visited the shop at the recommendation of friend. I needed a wetsuit and kit for kiteboarding. I am very tall and struggle to find things that fit. My mind was blown by the variety of inventory in my size. Andy was patient and made sure that everything was perfect in both fit and intended use. Highly recommend.

   Amazing service this morning. Plenty of 1-2-1 attention for every customer. Discussed multiple size and style options for wetsuits, dry robes and rash vests, with no pressure to buy. Even found me the same item in the sale section and offered it without hesitation. So friendly, open and genuinely interested in matching you with the right products. I'll be back for more!
