We really appreciated the time taken to talk us through what was needed and to give us some advice. Good to see someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job and will certainly use them in future.

   I contacted Spotless to get a quote for cleaning our gutters. The reply was quick & we had a quote that same day. The work was then carried out that same week as they had availability. Very professional & the communication was excellent. I would absolutely recommend this company. We plan to have the guys back to do more work on our property!

   Few months ago, Abbie came and cleaned our windows for the first time. We paid him promptly and agreed that he cleans our windows on a regular basis. But despite the long periods of fine weather and our constant reminders, he never showed up again! “Just behind with work, be with you next week” - his words more than two months ago. Typical small outfit biting off more than they can chew? Very unprofessional and totally unreliable. Avoid! Update: Spotless reply to this review is ridiculous. Payments are made after the job is done and as he did not turn up he was not paid, i.e. he does not owe us a refund!

   Contacted Spotless to have the gutters cleared at my property (Aberdeen west end). Abbie was responsive to my message and there was a short turnaround for the site visit and the quotation. Once I had confirmed, the job was done as soon as the weather permitted. Have no hesitation in recommending Spotless and I would certainly use them again.

   Abbie came to clean all our ovens on the farm last weekend and the results are amazing. I was truly astonished by the change in my oven to the point where I have been opening it at intervals all week and just marvelling at the shine! It looks brand new as does my mother in law's! Abbie is so friendly and obviously takes enormous pride in what he does. It was great to have him here for the day, my kids loved him and I have been recommending him to everyone I know ever since. Wonderful service! Many thanks.
