   If I could give zero I would. Paid 6 hours for a “Deep clean”. They spent 2.5 hours and did absolutely nothing. Basically hoovered and mopped. No cabinets cleaned, still dust under chairs. I can not believe the prices being charged and the service delivered. If you’re going ti do a deep clean then do a good job. Cleaners were called back and they said all they’ve done is good enough. Embarrassment of a company.

   Parents got a new house and they were the only company to give a quote. Excellent cleaning and reasonable prices. Windows were so clean they looked like they were missing.

   I have used Goldstar a couple of times. The office staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, and were able to organise a cleaning job at short notice. The cleaning was done to a high standard. Will definitely use Goldstar again.

   If I could give zero stars I would. I have attached some photos from after their cleaning service for you to see. I wouldn't recommend gold star to anyone after the service they had provided for me. I booked them in to do an "End of tenancy clean" where they state they do everything you need when vacating a property but when I entered to property after they had cleaned it you couldn't tell they had even been. The only way I could actually tell they had been in is they had left a paint tray out with wet paint in it?? They say they did not commence any painting but I find this very hard to believe as they were the only people that had been in the property. With the standard of cleaning being well below standards they left paint on the floor, dust on the skirting boards, muck on the floor, dust cobwebs on light fittings and the list goes on and on. I received my end of tenancy report from my leasing agency and there was over 80 lines on the report that they had missed ( I will say a very very small amount of lines on the report that is a service they did not provide) When I brought it up with them all they could offer was a refund on ONE hours work which I was very unsatisfied with and then got charged a further THREE hours cleaning from the leasing agency!! As there website says "MAKING COMMERCIAL AND DOMESTIC PROPERTIES SPARKLE" I couldn't think of anything further from the truth.
