Went on a Saturday and will not be returning. We arrived around 2:30pm to be told they were closing at 3:15pm for a private hire party but still charged us full price for entry. Kids soft plays are havoc but this was carnage, I used the under 4 section for my 13mo and it was full of kids a lot older throwing objects around, one of which would have hit my son had I not intervened. Parents did not care where their kids were and staff were not interested in controlling the age appropriate areas. The ‘Sensory Area’ (I think it said that but the place was so dated the prints are half missing) was just a piece of black fabric under the apparatus that made it a black room. Nothing in there just darkness. The place was messy and as for the toilets, I was disgusted! If you’re expecting a private party shortly surely you have staff cleaning the place? The baby changing had not been touched in hours with dirty toilets and piles of baby nappies in the corner despite a bin being available. And the smell was enough to make your eyes water. Plenty of staff on the reception but all stood chatting with the odd few taking food out. Also, I don’t know how anyone else didn’t think it odd that a children’s soft plays had a travel agents inside?? Been to most of the soft plays in the area but this has the be the worst so far. Avoid like the plague (which you’ll probably catch if you visit here!)

Been visiting this place for 3 years running and we cisit atleast 1-3 times weekly. My son is Autistic and he absolutely thrives off this place. Staff are wonderful and so understanding on additional needs. Very friendly & the place itself is massive. So much to do and id say the cleanliness is great to say the staff constantly keep on top of it all. I put my full trust into this place and so grateful for the staff who go above and beyond.

My kids have always enjoyed coming here but my word the standards have slipped in the place. You walk in and are greeted with the smell of pee! All the netting on the climbing frame is dusty, the football area has large parts held down by tape, the basketball hoops have been hanging off for going on a year, and theres lots of other examples. Coffees nice, staff mostly friendly and toilets seem clean enough! The place just needs some investment to bring it back to life

Checked website and says it closes at 6pm. Set off 15 miles away and promised the kids soft play. Got there at 16:15 and they say ‘sorry website is out of date we are closed at 15:45. Clearly the business owners have no idea what impact a poorly run business has on kids emotions and fuel bills especially given the cost of living. Won’t be returning.

We visited kinderland today, soft play area had a good variety for all different ages and it was very reasonably priced to get in at under £10 for 2 adults a 3 & 1YO, a little on the tired side but good variety. Mid way through our play I'd popped back to our table to which a member of staff quiet abruptly told me we couldn't eat our own food, my friends LG pack lunch was on the table, un opened and un touched. I said that she had allergies and there wasn't anything suitable on the menu nor is a 1YO appetite anywhere near big enough to warrant a childs meal, to be told it's still a no and that they catered for babies and all allergies. I could understand if we all brought a pack up in but we didn't we intended on buying lunch for ourselves along with more drinks. This meant we had to cut our play short as we needed to find somewhere else to eat lunch. My friend also tried to speak to a different member of staff explaining the special diet to still be told no. The staff came across rude and abrupt, I have been to several soft play centres in various places and never had an issues bringing in lunch for a baby, quiet frankly I think it's disgusting to expect a parent to pay £6 for a child's meal that will go to waste. Kinderland you've lost our custom and a party booking!

Not great, really really dirty. Completely over priced for food and drink it's really cheaply made. The carpets are disgusting, the place smells of urine and it doesn't look like it's ever being cleaned. Old dried food on the floor that's definitely been there longer than a day. Toilets are absolutely disgusting. Not hygienic. Not a place for children

Is very organised and safety place for mum's and toddlers I am very happy and my babies too went we go there any time. My only Issue is about the price is very expensive and I don't understand the reason, at least they should including any meal at the price like others softly playgrounds. Honestly I wish you to do something about that.

Not so big that you can't keep an eye on the kids, but big enough to keep them entertained. Helpful staff and good prices too.
