After attending the club for almost a year (in January), I am confident that it was the best decision I have made in terms of leisure / fitness wise. The gym contains a vast range of services that are easily accessible and are all conducted to a high standard. Alongside this, the cleaning staff do an exceptional job to maintain quality service from showers, to the gym floor and club room! Overall, a club pass is worth the price due to the plethora of activities, made easily available to all members.

Iβve been a member for a long time and still love the club. The gym has a wide range of equipment and the club is clean. The pool area is really nice and relaxed. All staff are friendly and helpful in particular Lorna provides great customer service

All the staff on reception are super friendly, helpful & accommodating! Always happy and positive. Lorna always remembers me by name when I come in which make it feel so much more personal. My PT Ben is awesome and Iβm already seeing amazing benefits in how I feel look, weight loss and strength. Absolutely loving the classes, especially ones with Kelly Purdy, Gemma Barlow, Tegan Bennet & Janice Hudson! All great instructors

The best decision I have ever made for me and my child was joining David Lloyds club. It has transformed our life. Steph was so lovely at showing me around and answering all my questions. She made me feel excited about joining as she has such passion for the club. I went for a look around to potentially join myself, however I was completely blown away of how much it has a family feel to it and therefore joined my 5 year old too. I had lots of questions about the kids club, as my son is non verbal and autistic and Steph got Jack to come over to put my mind at ease. I am blown away by how inclusive you are and how trained your staff are, you should be so proud. Jack was really supportive and understanding and offered a slow transition for my son. My son loves the pool and his 1-1 swimming lessons. He smiles every time we enter the club, it has made him so happy and created a new routine for us. I have been a member for over two months now and itβs a wonderful place to be, not only to exercise but also to relax. Itβs like a mini haven. I couldnβt recommend joining enough βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ

This was my first visit to DL. I had a tour of the club with Poppy. She was very friendly and informative. I got an overview of all the facilities, starting from classes room, gym, courts and swimming pool and everything looked clean and well-maintained. She explained to me different memberships thoroughly and I signed up for it. Overall I had a good experience.

Booked a tour on their website for 10.00, made my way down and got a missed call at 9.30 (couldn't answer as I was driving there - no voicemail left). When I got there, was told Rachel was running a bit late with her last appointment so told to wait in the cafe, which I did and didn't mind. It got to about 10.30 when Rachel came over and said she was still about 10 minutes late, so I agreed to wait a little longer. By 11.00 there was still no sign of a tour or anyone, so I walked back to reception and saw Rachel who said she was really sorry but she wouldn't be able to do the tour because she also had an 11.00 tour booked. I asked her why the website allowed me to book a tour even though it was not available, not only this, why she didn't leave me a voicemail when she called so I could have avoided a wasted trip and an hour and half, but most annoyingly, why did she tell me to wait another 10 minutes whilst I was already there only to then tell me she couldn't do the tour. To make matters worse she asked if id like to be contacted on Tuesday when she was back in to make another appointment, unsurprisingly, no call or contact from Rachel. Really poor service and I'd like an explanation from the manager about this experience as it doesn't reflect well on this club.

Good facilities with tennis, squash and racquetball courts and a swimming pool with sauna and steam room in addition to the fitness facilities. Kept clean. Parking can be tricky at peak times. Nice cafe with a good selection of food and drinks.

Hull's premier health and fitness facility, excellent swimming pools and gym. Nice relaxing cafe/bar area. Unfortunately, very expensive. I would have rejoined if they hadn't insisted on a Β£100 joining fee. In this financial climate it's a lot to ask

Excellent Health Club. Everything you need for your Training and Leisure lifestyle. Gym well equipped & well set out. Spa and swimming pool also good. With the restaurant and bar, plus family areas & facilities too. Overall fully enjoying my training & swimming here. Staff are friendly also.

Very good, versatile Gym. People are friendly there. Great facilities. Was great to use of my friend's free guest pass. It's a shame it's a bit out of my price league and far to reach otherwise I'd be there a lot. Guest passes are great incentive for paid members though and gives people who can't sign up a chance to experience the gym for a day :)
